Our Tiny Tigers program is designed to help children ages 4 to 6 improve their motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow instructions. All classes are taught using safe, fun and exciting instruction methods available for this age group. This program works in conjunction with the Karate for Kids system, thereby emphasizing the same important monthly themes and value system.
In addition to the standard content of the class, the Tigers learn to work and train with each other cooperatively. Learning to combine the control of their bodies and emotions through the class structure at this age are critical to them having a positive learning experience now and later on in a standard school setting. It is the confident child who can learn more, and then through example become a peer leader. Instructor Alex Miller has been a Preschool Teacher, Program Coordinator, and Director and has over 40 Early Childhood Education college units.
